	James Murchison B Com, FCA, MAICD James is the Managing Director, with over 20 years experience as a Principal. Prior to that he was with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick). Whilst James is a true generalist, his main involvement is in: • Business Development, and • Complicated structures for business and investment. He is a Registered Auditor. His outside passion (some say obsession!) is sailing. He also enjoys spending time with his son and daughter and watching them play sport. 	Philippa Sheaffe B Ec, CA Philippa has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1983. She commenced with Murchisons in early 1997, after previously having ten years experience with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) working in areas of Audit, Banking, Finance, IT, Research and Management Advisory. Philippa currently works with Directors and Management on Financial and Management Reporting Systems, Audit and Due Diligence, and Training of Clients’ In-House Accountants. More recently she has assisted James in the area of Business Development and Strategic Planning Outside of work Philippa is working hard on her golf handicap! 	Roger Mortimer B Com, CA Roger joined Murchisons as a Senior Manager in June 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 year's experience in business services dealing with a wide range of differing industries and business structures. Roger is responsible for the Business Services Division at Murchisons. Having grown up in country New South Wales, Roger has built his accounting career in Sydney attending the University of NSW and working in similar sized firms as Murchisons. 	Evan Byrnes B Com, Dip FP, GDip App Fin, FFin, CFP Murchisons Wealth Management Pty Limited Evan has been providing financial advice to clients since 1999, having prior to this held senior management roles in both the funds management and financial planning industries.
