	James Murchison B Com, FCA, MAICD James is the Managing Director, with over 20 years experience as a Principal. Prior to that he was with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick). Whilst James is a true generalist, his main involvement is in: • Business Development, and • Complicated structures for business and investment. He is a Registered Auditor. His outside passion (some say obsession!) is sailing. He also enjoys spending time with his son and daughter and watching them play sport. 	Roger Mortimer B Com, CA Roger joined Murchisons as a Senior Manager in June 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 year's experience in business services dealing with a wide range of differing industries and business structures. Roger is responsible for the Business Services Division at Murchisons. Having grown up in country New South Wales, Roger has built his accounting career in Sydney attending the University of NSW and working in similar sized firms as Murchisons.
